1. Corporate Property Consulting

LettingFocus provides consultancy for a range of companies selling to the private rented sector including financial service companies, local authorities and property websites. We also advise private investors.

For banks and building societies, I have helped with the design, strategy, training and customer service issues around buy to let mortgage products and services.

I help local authorities and social housing providers understand the private rented sector and how to find landlords wishing to let to people on their housing waiting lists.

For property portals I write content and comment for their websites.

As a former internal management consultant in the financial services industry I'm well qualified to undertake such projects.

2. Private Consulting and Seminars

As author of Britain's top selling book on property letting, investment and buy to let, my property education, speaking, training & one to one consultancy service for private landlords and investors is in strong demand.

LettingFocus.com is different because unlike many advisors we have no links at all to property developers or real estate agents.

So, at our property training and landlords networking meetings, seminars, talks and in my one to one consultancy for private investors and landlords, I simply explain the real facts about buy to let, renting out property and residential property investment - the good and the bad - with no bias at all!

Our landlords meetings and seminars now take place just twice a year and are small and informal (maximum 30 people). The next seminar is in London at the Red Herring pub in Gresham Street (in the City of London) on Tuesday 23rd November 2010. (Please note the date has been changed from 21 September!) It starts at 530pm.

One to One Consulting

In addition to the property seminars and networking sessions, I also run a private property training, mentoring, coaching and consulting service where I provide one to one (or one to two!) advice for landlords and property investors.

The service is dedicated to helping you make money in property.

This is tailored around your needs and can take place at your home if you wish - or done over the phone if distance is a problem. Thus it can often be done more quickly and in a more direct way than in a property seminar, ensuring that I only cover what you need to know.

People often ask me to evaluate a potential property investment or give advice on good locations and types of property to invest in and to rent out - but my advice can cover the whole range of property investment and letting issues.
