Expert Comment on the Property Letting Market by David Lawrenson of LettingFocus.com

I'm David Lawrenson the UK's leading expert on buy to let and residential property investing and the author of the UK's top selling property book.

As well as running property seminars and speaking about property at trade events I also occasionally write about property letting, buy to let, landlord and property investing issues for newspapers, magazines and websites.

I've been quoted in all the UK's national newspapers and leading landlord websites over the last 12 months and have appeared as a property expert on national TV and on BBC Radio 4.

As a writer, I summarise property and landlord news for various websites and portals - a service that gives them a unique advantage over their competitors.

My independent unbiased views on property investment are sought after because I have no links with real estate companies.

Some examples of where I have been quoted as a property expert in the national press are included here...

These days I'm also increasingly being asked to work as a property consultant to help companies with their strategy, marketing, customer service or property website editorial issues.

Plus I also help private individuals directly with my unbiased and independent one to one property advice.
