Sites I Like ! - One site I like for general money advice is Wise Monkey Financial Coaching. Another one that is quite good for more general property investment stuff is www.propertyhawk.co.uk.

For very detailed on line legal information for landlords try this one by the quite brilliant Tessa Shepperson - www.landlordlaw.co.uk. This is a subscription site but is very useful and it is where I go to find answers to the more complex legal issues that occasionally stump even me!

I also like the Money Centre for advice on getting a mortgage - click on the picture link below - and also look at Mortgagesforbusiness.co.uk for buy to let mortgages.
