My landlords advice and mentoring sessions are UNBIASED, because unlike most "advisors" I am independent and not tied to a property firm, real estate seller or finance provider.

At Letting Focus, we don't promote impossible dreams of instant riches in property. Instead we show investors of any level of experience how to make money in residential property investment using ethical methods that actually work and without taking undue risks with their capital. And in our one to one mentoring service we can guide you every step of the way.

Letting Focus In the Media

I'm a frequent and outspoken property commentator and property speaker in the press, on TV and for companies and trade associations.

Recognised as a scourge of the fraudsters operating in the mainly unregulated buy to let and property investing business, first warned of the problems that oversupplied new build flats are now experiencing over 10 years ago. I have criticised government policy towards the letting sector and the poor lending activities of mortgage companies in the buy to let sector.
